The Importance of Product Development in Belroy

I think the innovation on the product is super important. I think we need some kind of moonshots in there to keep us stretching and thinking. So long as your eyes are open and you're looking, opportunities can't help but present so long as you're paying attention. There's push and pull on what's on the boundaries of it. We don't make fragrances and perfumes and other brands that make wallets off and do that feels outside of us. But we also believe each time we have a successful category or message or story or channel that gives us permission to broaden a little more from there.
