What Do You Eat Between Races?
I'm usually like, I like making pancakes. And forever I would travel with this pancake mix that you can only find in the States. But then one time I forgot it at the hotel and I was screwed. So now I just make like a pancake mix with like oak flour and banana mash it up with some egg. That's like my pre race meal. And also breakfast like for Saturday morning. Yeah, definitely like pretty, pretty, not super exciting meals but definitely pasta and rice is just high carb and bread anything.
