Can Two Days Substitute for Medium Long Runs?
The real benefit from a medium long run comes in those later miles to the run. There's actually an expedential benefit arobically the longer you're out there. In my coaching philosophy, two days only really fit when we get to much higher volumes. And for me, that means typically until wo're above 70 to 75 miles a week,. We shouldn't be talking about two a day unsd and so that's the short answer to question.
