Is It Better to Train for Something Hot or Cool?
If you're training for something cool, you might want to do that o training in the first place. But now you got to be careful his trade off here. Just like at altitude, if you go out and it's 85 degrees and 90 psentumidity, i guarantee yur not having a good training sastion. Heat just creates a different kind of stress on physiology, and as a result, we get better. And that whathe doesn't care about when we get better, we just get better.
