Training for the Cycling of Equivalent
We know how many kilojoules it takes to win and even participate in certain races I mean we have hundreds of thousands of files across every different type of race imaginable. It becomes very easy to quantify okay the cyclist is going to be required to do this amount of work so you can tailor training around that mechanical expenditure. There's really no good and very precise way to say this is the exact mechanical load or the exact physical workload that the athlete is going to experience but certainly from a training perspective it can have very big applications if we could hone in on what those demands look like.
