Heaps of studies have found that fighting with a partner might actually be quite healthy. The explosion of emotions we all probably understand after the fact is never helpful because it's likely your partner or your friend doesn't even remember what caused you to be upset in the first place. It has its limits we're not talking about resorting to physical violence but expressing your emotions right away is probably a good practice to have rather than waiting for that volcanic eruption of anger and resentment and attacks. When I guess partners fight within an environment that allows clear expression this can help strengthen their bond.
