Working with mma fighters and nass car drivers was way out of my comfort zone. i developed the method of first meticulously learning the sport before diving into the exesand os of coaching. I would peel apart the physiological and psychological demands of the sport using a combination of old school observation and best practices borrowed from similar sports. The results we attained provided proof that endurance training techniques can improve performance in other disciplines as well.
