Diet breaks can attenuate some of the a effects that we might have seen through dieting. The palatability of food and taste variety does encourage us to want to consume more calories. So there's just issue of a carefully doadiat break. If you're fine and dandy, your appetites absolutely control. You're losing body. Cool. Everyone hates you, but cool. Amd like the rest of us, a suffering am but yet, it's a toll that can be used by limiting those things.
