So the top three coats i got from this book is, we don't rise to the level of our goals. We fall to the level level of our systems. Which means that if you want to achieve something, if you want a change, like having these aspirations is really not enough. The actual steps that you set up so that you make sure your actually going to do it. St an alarm, write. Do crag dus what this book talks about.
