The one thing I'll add to be a little negative again is basically what Andy saying about the wrist wrist based heart rate is notoriously inaccurate. Get a chest wrap that's definitely a big one if if you're gonna train by heart rate and in terms of when that's best to use. A lot of our athletes at Runners Connect do this they will use heart rate training on easy days only, just as a cap instead of necessarily just having to go within a range.
