How Andrew Set a World Record for Pull-Ups
The second time his training regimen was largely the same. He worked out at night and slowly increased the number of pull-ups, but this time he increased the pace to 12 a minute. By August, he was doing five and a half to six hours of 12 pull-ups a minute. The first 7,000 pull-ups were no problem, but he wasn't going for 7,000. Andrew's nutrition plan is totally different from John's - he just eats a big plate of pasta a few hours before an event.
