The definition of active disease. Complete remission was considered a UPCR less than 0.3 grams per gram partial remission, more than 50% reduction in proteinuria. And then steroid dependent was steroid sensitive nephrotic syndrome with two or more relapses during tapering or within 14 days of stopping steroids. So the first thing we're just going to use ELISA to look for these antibodies. Is that right? And we're going to be testing their serum for the antibodies. Yes. That's that step one.
