The Importance of Accepting Negative Core Beliefs
Mental disease, mental stress or mental disorders is the same as physical and that they shouldn't have a stigma. It's more like how do we mold it, how does it become something that serves you now? We don't just remove a part of ourselves, you know you don't get to you know remove a behavior that actually served a purpose for probably your age minus some single digit number years. Amanda: I think in behavior change in general, if you kind of get more to this kind of realm of like you know pop psychology and goal setting but still has some validity, it's much easier to replace an old one.
