There's no way that you can rebuild your product, merge all the code bases and support the growth of bringing on an OVO. So what we did there is, remember we're not competing on product or price at that stage, we wrapped our arm around service. And so we were fortunate to have a really amazing customer success team with a really deep pedigree at quite a senior level. To be honest, we over-invested in servicing our customers and probably even still do today.
