The data from Frank's years group suggests that they should eat right before they go to sleep. And then eating more of their calories when they wake up at 3pm or whatever it is between that period where it's still light outside and going back to work. But has anyone looked at the sort of nutrient makeup of those meals and whether there's a difference? I'm just thinking if glucose metabolism is impaired, if at a certain time it may make more sense to have a kind of higher fat, high protein. No one's looked at that yet, unfortunately. Or kind of on the early stages of research for this field.
