How to Train for a Long Run Size Tempo Sessions

The key question would be how much the athletes form a terrating and what else they do in the week. So I wouldn't go straight into a 40-minute run off a bike and I'd have to have a purpose behind doing it. For full distance, I would like to build it up to have at least one break run that is an hour long. The faster athlete, yeah, 30 minutes is fine for a half distance.
