I think that so many times people want to rush the process and I think that in a way running kind of gives that to you because like we were talking about before how you do make a lot of progress in the beginning. Every runner hits that plateau there's going to be some period of time where you are going to either maybe even slow down or go backwards for a little bit there. We just see oh well that person did it faster so I should be able to as well and if I'm not that means that I maybe I'm not as good ormaybe I'm not doing enough, he says.
