How to Work With People Who Are Not Used to Movement

People who are the healthiest emotionally, to me as a therapist are people who are able to feel a wide spectrum of emotions and move in and out of those feelings with ease. And that requires really practicing skills to help yourself move in an honest feelings. So you don't have a skill set. You need to learn that in adulthood if you did learn it as a kid. We're not born knowing this.
