The Importance of Rest and Recovery in Training
When I was lifting for, you know, the big two because I wasn't really mentioned all that much, but the squat and the deadlift. Those are my biggest numbers. But outside of that, I guess you could kind of say I've deluded, like, auto-regulating D loads for a very long time. Because I've always put a really, like an ankle emphasis on rest and recovery. So I think out of the four of us, I probably trained the least.
