How to Increase Carbohydrate a Little During the First Half of the Month
Women should eat a moderate to high protein and take across the wholemonth. Increase carbohydrate slightly during that first half of the month, jis cestegen is more present. You're also less catabolic, so you're not asreline. Pay more attention to timing like this. It might be more important to time your protein and take post work out during this phase of the month on. But again, if you cand o have a solid protein and take routine already, just keep doing what you're doing.
