Would You Change Your Training Program Back When You Were Competing?

Nicholas Soner reveals what he wishes he could change about his training programm back when he was competing. The only thing that i think would be beneficial to me, if i could go back and change them, would be not training with superintensity the last two months before a contest. I don't believe i ever really presented the best physique on stage because i generally looked better in photos. So those two things are the only things that i would have changed.
