How to Implement Cardio - Part One

First preference is to take my classes. Second preference is some bike sprints. Third is probably walk intervals on an incline. And then forth would be running, if you really love to run. So hopefully that gives you an idea of how to implement cardio based on who you are and where you are. Remember, results don't happen overnight. You may have to make adjustments to frequency or tensity. But these changes will change your life.
