The leadership ladder is essentially imagine a ladder and, you know, the most basic level, entry level job. At the next level up, they go, I think we should do this. And then there's maybe one, I forget, there's like seven levels, but that's essentially called. This is like what Jonathan Swanson talked about with like delegating to executive assistants.
