Chris and Sam sat down with Mike Israetel to discuss all things hypertrophy. Mike holds a PhD in Sports Physiology, he is the Co-Founder of Renaissance Periodization, and a professor in the Strength and Hypertrophy Masters program at Lehman College. We discuss: a typical day in Mike’s life, deep work, the big rocks of hypertrophy, addressing common misconceptions, Mike’s process working with clients, and much more.
