How to Tolerate Doubt

People who seek reassurance from medical sites and things, but also of course, from friends, family members, partners. The more you check, it prevents you from tolerating doubts. You can see the frustration that this causes in relationships as well. So I think we do really well, those that we help to get very enthusiastic almost about tolerating uncertainty or seeing things as an opportunity to practice living with doubt.
