I've theoretically struggled with dorsiflexion I had eight ankle sprains. stiffer ankles are associated with greater speed right? My son doesn't have access to a much of a good deep squat like he really has to go very flexed in his spine to get access to a deep squat and he's pretty uncomfortable down there. So part of me is like okay we need to start doing you know pro tall 30 minutes of squatting a day with him  and i would not like to change that too much but the thing that you're trying to open up is ankle dorsiflexion comes along with pronation so what you really want to start to do is give him access
