The Importance of Charges
The goal of what we're trying to do is create this or metabolic fluctuation in training. Because a lot of talk about these days in the cancer and bio world and have that applied on a regular basis, it's really important for people to be able to train as if they were doing something else. We get to have these conversations without turning into yelling matches or screaming matches on let's run - which I'm not a huge fan of.
