People will stack dopamine producing activities and I try to be aware of this in my own life. Coffee is dopamine producing for many people and not only does it the caffeine give them a little kick in the system. So if you're stacking caffeine and workouts, you're going for a huge dopamine hit in your workout possibly. Those behaviors become either another way that you're chasing down dopamine throughout the day. What I want you to do is find dopamine in a healthy way in your life Not stacking four things on top of another.
