Getting a 60-Minute Intensity in a Short Time Frame
Early on, it's usually one session per week. Near the end stages, when i'm getting up to those longer a volume minutes per week, i'm doing two. And again, since this intensity is not super specific to hundred mile intensity, i'm not necessarily trying to train my body to be able to sustain this,. you know, for like a 60 minute time frame, all at once.
