But this is just a snippet of that and that periodization that I think many of our listeners probably have been put off using in practice. Actually, what you've shown us today is that actually that simple concept can make your job much, much easier with patients by being more focused. We don't need really complex models to do simple things effectively. That's where we can make some massive gains.
