i started being upset with pie several years ago, and we ended up creating this pie contest em going on 12 years. We also have a tortea contest every year that is hilarious and fabulous. And then during the pandemic, am we needed to do something about the way we were interviewing all of these restaurant owners and chefs who were going through such hell. So it became a first person telling of their food story. I got to come out for that. Oh, my god, it's so awesome. It's run by a journalist, gustavo adiano, and we start out with 64 tortillas and end up with one, one tortia orule em.
