Jared: I think the key there is substituting, you know, I'm somebody who tends to just do the things that I feel obligated to. So if I continue to do that I get really helpless and depressed in many ways so I have to kind of hold myself accountable to substitute. Jared: My favorite hobby, Jared, office supply purchases. Don't don't be afraid to when someone's talking about cleaning their desk like there's also office supply purchasing that can also reduce the overwhelm.
