In the best case outcome, this is consensual sex between a superior and a subordinate. In the worst case outcome, it's rape. From my perspective, absent any constraints, I think that's fireable. The one other wrinkle is it turns out this woman just happens to have a really large social media following. She just happens to be really prominent on social media. And so I think this is something one has to pull the trigger on quickly.
