The brain can detect them and then experiences feelings of fatigue, which then create a super spinal centro-nervous system fatigue response. And like I said, that 100% comes back to for guys who more advance how they're setting up their split and they're doing movement sequencing is going to play a huge part in motor unit recruitment.
