If you sit long enough, things will start to emerge because you have more bandwidth available to introspect. And then once the plate is open for those other things that you've typically probably spent most of your life bypassing in the form of making more money or getting a hotter girlfriend and so on. So if you if you're willing to just be with the thing for long enough, the thing will start to to surface. That's an invapassana meditation. You just sit with yourself for what seems like ever and you don't do anything. Don't do breath work stuff. Don't eat handful of mushrooms. Don'tDo yoga.
