The Importance of Gratitude
Light and sound are two of the biggest ones. Some people with caffeine, certain things stay in your system longer than others. A good tea is good with a little bit of stretching, or alittle bit of yoga. Writing down gratitude sets your mind right. That's the, I would put that even above anything you're ingesting or not ingesting to get your mind in the right space.
