Is the Kettlebell a Pulling Exercise?
The best pushes for most people are probably kettlebell presses. If all you have is kettlebells press, goble squat, a ballistic variation that could be the clean, the swing or the snatch and then loaded carries. I wouldn't mind seeing you doing the presses alone because so many people struggle with them.
