Mark O'Mara is the author of primal endurance, a new book about how to be an optimal athlete. He started off his athletic career as an endurance athlete but soon found that he was suffering from injuries and other health problems. His latest project has him doing obstacle racing with peg boards in order to keep himself fit at the same time.
