There's not a lot of oversight in the supplement industry. You can't trust the FDA because they don't regulate supplements that much, if at all. There are some brands that are like very niche that I generally trust, but that's on a product by product basis. In general, Jaro is pretty good. I like sports research. I like life extensions.
