I have what we callit evidence pace nu. I mean, either i'm sitting here at two o'clock getting ready do a show, and i am jazzed and i am inspired my journal,. or i'm sitting over the desk beforehand going, oh my gosh, man, i could go take a nap right now. That's affecting my tit's affecting my income, bottl myno, much less my attitude. And just to pull out a couple of things there, i mean, iv realize, i'll own it. But we know thus across the board that there's its food. Some people are very sensitive the timing of your exercise. Are you exercising too late?
