The idea is to look at what's in front of you without all those thoughts going through your mind. The training is very, very simple and it's very effective because it's happened for me over the past year or so. In bed, I try to imagine someone sweeping. You know how like in Zen temples they just peacefully sweep the courtyard? So I have that image in my mind. A thought flows in ice, you know, sweep it away. Another pops in ice, swept it away. And there are other techniques like you can imagine, I read in a book, you can imagine when a thought comes into your mind, make it into a bubble. Imagine that it goes into
