What you want is an entire body mind connection with relaxation at all times. People who are performing in the zone, as chicks and me, i called it, they're pushing very hard,. They're almost doing more than they can but they are very, very relaxed. Their dopemine maxis out at that point. It's like your airplane engine is running great, but there are struts and bolts that are rattling until and that's why you crash after a period of activity.
