The personal goal sort of it sounds like maybe it's more of a sanity metric, like sometimes you'll make it higher than the quota if you know you can hit it or if you know the quota is low. If you feel the quota is completely unrealistic, you'll might maybe set it lower than than that still aggressive for you. But that keeps you from maybe being defeated, you know, feeling defeated if the quota is incredibly outrageous.
