i think we've all been sort of bombarded with this idea that our ancestors were effectively constantly moving, you know, rock climbing. And the reality is that they're more active, but not substantially more active. In fact, it would disadvantageous for them to be super strong, and disadvantageous for them too to acond of waste too much needless energy. Which doesn't mean that they didn't occasionally do it, but they did it when it was important and valuable to them and rewarding for them. So i thought that that was very comforting and assuring. Thank you very much for not necessarily condoning my inertia, but recognizing it as a basic human instinct....
