The fear that you have that's there to be felt. And if fully felt, you would have clarity to actually judge whether you're in fear or not. But since you're repressing that fear, that turns into this spiraling thought loop of worry and anxiety instead. So I think once you see the theoretical, how much it makes sense to feel your feelings on the theoretical basis as well, then I think it's you can't beat an integrate integrated system.
