How to Use Content Testing to Improve Your Results
I like to do content testing with just the words. I find that to be very powerful. If you don't have a website visual in front of you, what words are really working for you? You can use a setting in these platforms to limit the amount of feedback you get. So either you have the open ended typed question response or you watch them just talk to you about why they chose what they did and combing through the qualitative responses is always eye opening.
