Are these people lifting huge weights? And are they all 100 kilo lifters? No, so these zones are doing a lot of incidental exercise. That's essentially in layman terms, they're not lazy. They're active. So if your grocery store is 600 meters down the road, and you know that you're only going to get sort of four bags of groceries or whatnot, well, instead of driving your car down and parking right out the front, walk down there and carry them back. That's a blue zone tip. That's 1.2 kilometers of low level movement that you've added into your daily. If you're doing that every week, that adds up.
