There's something about the frontal plane where you just you can't lose it and I'm sure there's a trickle down effect for a lot of older adults who used to be athletes. You know get more sedentary and you got to move side to side. And I'm going to put it in our warm ups for people who are even athletes and you know I really expose them to it because it's so easy to lose that adductor length.
