I lean really heavily on the kind of a metrics based approach, but my point that I always try to make with athletes is, you know, the quantitative side of things. So it doesn't really matter at the end of the day as much as I place a lot of importance on power based training or, youknow, whatever it is. And so yeah, that's a big piece trying to figure out what they need to be to achieve their goals.
