Is the Store Trip Really Returning?

I don't think the store trip ever went away. So if brands want to be relevant today in today's environment, you have to be prepared to be sold everywhere. The most critical thing is actually data and analytics. You have to really understand not only what the consumer wants today, but what they're going to want tomorrow and 10 years from now. And that's what I'm really excited about.
